| CVE-2026-11861 | 2 Freeipa, Redhat | 6 Freeipa, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus and 3 more | 2026-10-15 | 9.6 Critical |
| A flaw was found in FreeIPA. When a trust relationship is configured between FreeIPA and Active Directory, Active Directory users can bypass authentication for FreeIPA services, including the portal, SMB server, and LDAP directory. This is possible by impersonating a client name in the Ticket Granting Service (TGS) due to FreeIPA services not verifying Privilege Attribute Certificate (PAC) certificates. This vulnerability could allow an authenticated Active Directory user to escalate their privileges within the FreeIPA domain. | ||||
| CVE-2026-60010 | 2026-10-15 | 6.5 Medium | ||
| Gitea's repository-side team-link API allows a repository administrator who is not an organization owner to attach organization teams to a repository despite RepoAdminChangeTeamAccess being disabled. The endpoint does not enforce the organization's restriction on repository administrators changing team access. This allows unauthorized changes to which organization teams receive repository access. | ||||
| CVE-2026-98396 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-10-15 | N/A |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: powerpc: Do not restore KUAP in arch_exit_to_user_mode_prepare() KUAP means kernel cannot touch user memory unless it explicitly is enabled. In the kernel it should stay AMR_KUAP_BLOCKED. While returning to userspace just before RFI, kernel should restore the user AMR value back. Looks like GENERIC_ENTRY might be treating arch_exit_to_user_mode_prepare() as the last architecture step before returning to userspace. commit bee25f97ad24 ("powerpc: Enable GENERIC_ENTRY feature") therefore called kuap_user_restore() from that hook. But on PowerPC that is too early. After irqentry_exit() / syscall_exit_to_user_mode() we still run platform specific exit routines. e.g. code snippets showing both exception handling and system call handling as the callers of function arch_exit_to_user_mode_prepare() which does kuap_user_restore(). The below path shows that calling kuap_user_restore() is too early when called from arch_exit_to_user_mode_prepare(). Exception handling in exceptions-64s.S ======================================= bl CFUNC(do_page_fault) ..DEFINE_INTERRUPT_HANDLER_ASYNC(do_page_fault) arch_interrupt_async_enter_prepare(regs); state = irqentry_enter(regs); instrumentation_begin(); irq_enter_rcu(); handler(regs); nap_adjust_return(regs); irq_exit_rcu(); instrumentation_end(); arch_interrupt_async_exit_prepare(regs); irqentry_exit(regs, state); <<< too early irqentry_exit_to_user_mode() __exit_to_user_mode_prepare(regs, EXIT_TO_USER_MODE_WORK_IRQ); arch_exit_to_user_mode_prepare(regs, ti_work); <<< too early b interrupt_return_srr .. bl CFUNC(interrupt_exit_user_prepare) <<< already calls kuap_user_restore prep_irq_for_enabled_exit() retry can run kernel code with IRQs on. So only when that routine is fully finished is when the user KUAP should be fully restored which interrupt_exit_user_prepare() already takes care of before returning. Similarly for system call handling in interrupt_64.S ====================================================== bl CFUNC(system_call_exception) .Lsyscall_exit: addi r4,r1,STACK_INT_FRAME_REGS li r5,0 /* !scv */ bl CFUNC(syscall_exit_prepare) .. kuap_assert_locked(); syscall_exit_to_user_mode(regs); <<< too early syscall_exit_to_user_mode_prepare(regs); <<< too early kuap_user_restore(regs); <<< already calls syscall_exit_prepare(), which can enable IRQs, replay a pending interrupt, and only then rfi. Those functions already restore KUAP immediately before rfi. Note that if we restore the user AMR too early like in the current code as shown from the code snippets above, then we get the following warning when CONFIG_PPC_KUAP_DEBUG is enabled: WARNING: arch/powerpc/include/asm/book3s/64/kup.h:293 at interrupt_exit_user_prepare+0x1a0/0x1c0 Hardware name: IBM pSeries (emulated by qemu) POWER10 (architected) TRAP: 0700 LR: c00000000000d8d4 CTR: c0000000021fe500 MSR: <SF,EE,ME,IR,DR,RI,LE> CR: 44000804 XER: 20040000 interrupt_exit_user_prepare+0x1a0/0x1c0 interrupt_return_srr_user+0x8/0x12c | ||||
| CVE-2026-109317 | 1 Getgrav | 1 Grav-plugin-api | 2026-10-15 | 7.2 High |
| Grav grav-plugin-api before 1.0.36 contains a privilege escalation vulnerability that allows delegated user managers to obtain super-admin access by storing positive scalar admin or api parent grants. Attackers with api.users.write can edit account access maps or invitations so the inheriting permission resolver satisfies requireSuper checks, accessing super-only API endpoints. | ||||
| CVE-2026-53249 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-10-15 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ipv4: restrict IPOPT_SSRR and IPOPT_LSRR options This patch restricts setting Loose Source and Record Route (LSRR) and Strict Source and Record Route (SSRR) IP options to users with CAP_NET_RAW capability. This prevents unprivileged applications from forcing packets to route through attacker-controlled nodes to leak TCP ISN and possibly other protocol information. While LSRR and SSRR are commonly filtered in many network environments, they may still be supported and forwarded along some network paths. RFC 7126 (Recommendations on Filtering of IPv4 Packets Containing IPv4 Options) recommend to drop these options in 4.3 and 4.4. | ||||
| CVE-2026-53236 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-10-15 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: tcp: restrict SO_ATTACH_FILTER to priv users This patch restricts the use of SO_ATTACH_FILTER (cBPF) on TCP sockets to users with CAP_NET_ADMIN capability. This blocks potential side-channel attack where an unprivileged application attaches a filter to leak TCP sequence/acknowledgment numbers. | ||||
| CVE-2026-53168 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-10-15 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: fuse: reject fuse_notify() pagecache ops on directories The operations FUSE_NOTIFY_STORE and FUSE_NOTIFY_RETRIEVE allow the FUSE daemon to actively write/read pagecache contents. For directories with FOPEN_CACHE_DIR, the pagecache is used as kernel-internal cache storage, and userspace is not supposed to have direct access to this cache - in particular, fuse_parse_cache() will hit WARN_ON() if the cache contains bogus data. Reject FUSE_NOTIFY_STORE and FUSE_NOTIFY_RETRIEVE on anything other than regular files with -EINVAL. | ||||
| CVE-2026-46333 | 2 Debian, Linux | 2 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel | 2026-10-15 | 7.1 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ptrace: slightly saner 'get_dumpable()' logic The 'dumpability' of a task is fundamentally about the memory image of the task - the concept comes from whether it can core dump or not - and makes no sense when you don't have an associated mm. And almost all users do in fact use it only for the case where the task has a mm pointer. But we have one odd special case: ptrace_may_access() uses 'dumpable' to check various other things entirely independently of the MM (typically explicitly using flags like PTRACE_MODE_READ_FSCREDS). Including for threads that no longer have a VM (and maybe never did, like most kernel threads). It's not what this flag was designed for, but it is what it is. The ptrace code does check that the uid/gid matches, so you do have to be uid-0 to see kernel thread details, but this means that the traditional "drop capabilities" model doesn't make any difference for this all. Make it all make a *bit* more sense by saying that if you don't have a MM pointer, we'll use a cached "last dumpability" flag if the thread ever had a MM (it will be zero for kernel threads since it is never set), and require a proper CAP_SYS_PTRACE capability to override. | ||||
| CVE-2026-18343 | 1 Ibm | 1 I | 2026-10-14 | 4.4 Medium |
| IBM i 7.3, 7.4, 7.5, and 7.6 could allow a local attacker to modify the BOOTP table due to improper authorization. | ||||
| CVE-2023-26604 | 3 Debian, Redhat, Systemd Project | 5 Debian Linux, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Els and 2 more | 2026-10-14 | 7.8 High |
| systemd before 247 does not adequately block local privilege escalation for some Sudo configurations, e.g., plausible sudoers files in which the "systemctl status" command may be executed. Specifically, systemd does not set LESSSECURE to 1, and thus other programs may be launched from the less program. This presents a substantial security risk when running systemctl from Sudo, because less executes as root when the terminal size is too small to show the complete systemctl output. | ||||
| CVE-2026-65199 | 2026-10-14 | 5.4 Medium | ||
| openUBMC assigns the full privilege set to pseudo-identities representing SNMP callers. An authenticated, but low-privilege, SNMP user can therefore invoke mapped backend operations as an administrative identity. In `route_mapper/account.lua`, `get_user_privilege` returns the complete nine-privilege set for a `special_users` group that includes the `SNMPv1_v2c` pseudo-user. | ||||
| CVE-2026-103316 | 1 Logius | 1 Digid For Macos | 2026-10-14 | 7.1 High |
| The macOS version of the DigiD app is not signed with Hardened Runtime. As a result, a local process can load its own dylib into DigiD via DYLD_INSERT_LIBRARIES. An attacker with local user-level code execution can execute arbitrary code within the macOS version of the DigiD app, thereby gaining access to DigiD data and cryptographic capabilities that the process normally does not have. Reported by Kun Peeks (@SwayZGl1tZyyy) | ||||
| CVE-2026-92817 | 2026-10-14 | 8.8 High | ||
| The Ignition Perspective module does not properly validate session privileges when determining Designer-level access. An authenticated user with access to a Vision project could provide their valid Vision session identifier and gain Designer-level privileges. An attacker could exploit these elevated privileges to execute arbitrary code in the context of the Ignition Gateway process. | ||||
| CVE-2026-102851 | 1 Microsoft | 1 Visual Studio Code | 2026-10-14 | 6.1 Medium |
| Incorrect privilege assignment in Visual Studio Code allows an authorized attacker to bypass a security feature locally. | ||||
| CVE-2014-0119 | 2 Apache, Redhat | 10 Tomcat, Enterprise Linux, Jboss Bpms and 7 more | 2026-10-14 | N/A |
| Apache Tomcat before 6.0.40, 7.x before 7.0.54, and 8.x before 8.0.6 does not properly constrain the class loader that accesses the XML parser used with an XSLT stylesheet, which allows remote attackers to (1) read arbitrary files via a crafted web application that provides an XML external entity declaration in conjunction with an entity reference, related to an XML External Entity (XXE) issue, or (2) read files associated with different web applications on a single Tomcat instance via a crafted web application. | ||||
| CVE-2014-0096 | 2 Apache, Redhat | 10 Tomcat, Enterprise Linux, Jboss Bpms and 7 more | 2026-10-14 | N/A |
| java/org/apache/catalina/servlets/DefaultServlet.java in the default servlet in Apache Tomcat before 6.0.40, 7.x before 7.0.53, and 8.x before 8.0.4 does not properly restrict XSLT stylesheets, which allows remote attackers to bypass security-manager restrictions and read arbitrary files via a crafted web application that provides an XML external entity declaration in conjunction with an entity reference, related to an XML External Entity (XXE) issue. | ||||

| CVE-2026-77524 | 2026-10-14 | 9.9 Critical | ||
| KEDA is a Kubernetes-based Event Driven Autoscaling component. In version 2.20.2 and earlier, a namespace administrator who can create TriggerAuthentication and ScaledObject resources can set hashiCorpVault.address to a tenant-controlled endpoint and select Kubernetes authentication without an explicit credential. KEDA then uses the operator pod's projected ServiceAccount token and sends it to that endpoint as a Vault login credential. The JWT-shape filter from the prior CVE-2025-68476 remediation accepts the operator token because its subject is a Kubernetes ServiceAccount, so the attacker can obtain the operator's cluster-wide permissions, including broad Secret reads and workload or admission-related operations. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.21.0. | ||||
