| CVE-2026-53995 | 2 Lfprojects, Mlflow | 2 Mlflow, Mlflow | 2026-11-02 | 8.2 High |
| MLflow 3.17.1 and earlier contains a path traversal vulnerability in the FileStore tracking backend that allows unauthenticated attackers to control filesystem paths by submitting a crafted trace ID containing traversal sequences to the POST /api/3.0/mlflow/traces endpoint. Attackers can exploit FileStore.start_trace() to write trace_info.yaml, request_metadata, and tag files with attacker-controlled metadata outside the intended experiment trace directory, subject to the server process's filesystem permissions. FileStore is the default tracking backend before MLflow 3.7.0 and opt-in thereafter (the default changed to a SQLite database), so deployments in the earlier part of the affected range are vulnerable without special configuration while later ones are affected only when FileStore is explicitly selected. | ||||
| CVE-2026-50053 | 2 Synacor, Zimbra | 2 Zimbra Collaboration Suite, Zimbra Collaboration Suite | 2026-11-02 | 8.7 High |
| A request attribute override vulnerability in Zimbra Collaboration Suite (ZCS) allows unauthenticated requests to /h/* to populate servlet attributes intended for trusted internal dispatch. RestFilter copies URL parameters specifying an authentication token, target account, target item and dispatch state into the request attributes consumed by the Classic Web Client. Combined with CVE-2026-10632 on ZCS 10.1.16, this allows an attacker to supply their own valid token and document identifiers and execute JavaScript in another user's signed-in browser session. ZCS 10.1.17 blocks that XSS chain by changing the document renderer, but retains the request attribute override. | ||||
| CVE-2026-41313 | 1 Py-pdf | 1 Pypdf | 2026-11-02 | 6.5 Medium |
| pypdf is a free and open-source pure-python PDF library. An attacker who uses a vulnerability present in versions prior to 6.10.2 can craft a PDF which leads to long runtimes. This requires loading a PDF with a large trailer `/Size` value in incremental mode. This has been fixed in pypdf 6.10.2. As a workaround, one may apply the changes from the patch manually. | ||||
| CVE-2023-36464 | 2 Py-pdf, Pypdf2 Project | 2 Pypdf, Pypdf2 | 2026-11-02 | 6.2 Medium |
| pypdf is an open source, pure-python PDF library. In affected versions an attacker may craft a PDF which leads to an infinite loop if `__parse_content_stream` is executed. That is, for example, the case if the user extracted text from such a PDF. This issue was introduced in pull request #969 and resolved in pull request #1828. Users are advised to upgrade. Users unable to upgrade may modify the line `while peek not in (b"\r", b"\n")` in `pypdf/generic/_data_structures.py` to `while peek not in (b"\r", b"\n", b"")`. | ||||
| CVE-2023-36807 | 2 Py-pdf, Pypdf Project | 2 Pypdf, Pypdf | 2026-11-02 | 6.2 Medium |
| pypdf is a pure-python PDF library capable of splitting, merging, cropping, and transforming the pages of PDF files. In version 2.10.5 an attacker who uses this vulnerability can craft a PDF which leads to an infinite loop. This infinite loop blocks the current process and can utilize a single core of the CPU by 100%. It does not affect memory usage. That is, for example, the case if the user extracted metadata from such a malformed PDF. Versions prior to 2.10.5 throw an error, but do not hang forever. This issue was fixed with https://github.com/py-pdf/pypdf/pull/1331 which has been included in release 2.10.6. Users are advised to upgrade. Users unable to upgrade should modify `PyPDF2/generic/_data_structures.py::read_object` to an an error throwing case. See GHSA-hm9v-vj3r-r55m for details. | ||||
| CVE-2025-55197 | 1 Py-pdf | 1 Pypdf | 2026-11-02 | 7.5 High |
| pypdf is a free and open-source pure-python PDF library. Prior to version 6.0.0, an attacker can craft a PDF which leads to the RAM being exhausted. This requires just reading the file if a series of FlateDecode filters is used on a malicious cross-reference stream. Other content streams are affected on explicit access. This issue has been fixed in 6.0.0. If an update is not possible, a workaround involves including the fixed code from pypdf.filters.decompress into the existing filters file. | ||||
| CVE-2025-62707 | 2 Py-pdf, Pypdf Project | 2 Pypdf, Pypdf | 2026-11-02 | 7.5 High |
| pypdf is a free and open-source pure-python PDF library. Prior to version 6.1.3, an attacker who uses this vulnerability can craft a PDF which leads to an infinite loop. This requires parsing the content stream of a page which has an inline image using the DCTDecode filter. This has been fixed in pypdf version 6.1.3. | ||||
| CVE-2026-102993 | 1 Py-pdf | 1 Pypdf | 2026-11-02 | 7.5 High |
| pypdf is a free and open-source pure-python PDF library. Prior to 6.17.0, a crafted PDF can provide unusually large Roman page-label values that cause pypdf/_page_labels.py to generate excessively large numeral strings when an application retrieves document page labels, consuming large amounts of memory and potentially making the application unavailable. This issue is fixed in version 6.17.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-102995 | 1 Py-pdf | 1 Pypdf | 2026-11-02 | 7.5 High |
| pypdf is a free and open-source pure-python PDF library. Prior to 6.18.1, a crafted PDF can place unusually large source-code or destination-string tokens in a font /ToUnicode mapping, causing pypdf/_cmap.py parse_bfchar to decode and retain oversized values during operations such as text extraction and consume excessive memory. This is a second follow-up to earlier /ToUnicode resource-consumption fixes and is limited to the remaining token-length path. This issue is fixed in version 6.18.1. | ||||
| CVE-2026-103000 | 1 Py-pdf | 1 Pypdf | 2026-11-02 | 7.5 High |
| pypdf is a free and open-source pure-python PDF library. Prior to 6.19.0, a crafted PDF can provide unusually large alphabetical page-label values that cause pypdf/_page_labels.py to generate strings beyond a reasonable page-label length when an application retrieves document page labels, consuming excessive memory and potentially making the application unavailable. This issue is fixed in version 6.19.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-119203 | 1 Py-pdf | 1 Pypdf | 2026-11-02 | 5.5 Medium |
| pypdf is a free and open-source pure-python PDF library. Prior to 6.21.4, pypdf can enter an infinite loop while opening a crafted incomplete PDF whose standard cross-reference table reaches the end of the file without a trailer. The trailer search can repeatedly rewind to the same stream position instead of terminating when parsing makes no progress, blocking the processing thread. This issue is fixed in version 6.21.4. | ||||
| CVE-2026-119205 | 1 Py-pdf | 1 Pypdf | 2026-11-02 | 5.5 Medium |
| pypdf is a free and open-source pure-python PDF library. Prior to 6.21.4, pypdf can enter an infinite loop when cloning or duplicating a crafted cyclic DictionaryObject. Clone traversal checked generated destination references rather than the original source references, allowing some source cycles to evade the visited-object check. This issue is fixed in version 6.21.4. | ||||
| CVE-2026-119207 | 1 Py-pdf | 1 Pypdf | 2026-11-02 | 5.5 Medium |
| pypdf is a free and open-source pure-python PDF library. Prior to 6.21.3, pypdf can consume excessive memory when strict mode loads a crafted invalid PDF dictionary. Nested parsing failures add repeated exception text to newly raised errors, allowing a small malformed dictionary to amplify into very large error messages. This issue is fixed in version 6.21.3. | ||||
| CVE-2026-119209 | 1 Py-pdf | 1 Pypdf | 2026-11-02 | 5.5 Medium |
| pypdf is a free and open-source pure-python PDF library. Prior to 6.21.3, pypdf can consume excessive memory while opening a crafted PDF containing cross-reference streams that declare very large entry counts. Highly compressible streams and /Prev chains can multiply the number of parsed entries across a document, while negative /Index counts can bypass the existing per-stream clamp. This issue is fixed in version 6.21.3. | ||||
| CVE-2026-24688 | 1 Py-pdf | 1 Pypdf | 2026-11-02 | 4.3 Medium |
| pypdf is a free and open-source pure-python PDF library. An attacker who uses an infinite loop vulnerability that is present in versions prior to 6.6.2 can craft a PDF which leads to an infinite loop. This requires accessing the outlines/bookmarks. This has been fixed in pypdf 6.6.2. If projects cannot upgrade yet, consider applying the changes from PR #3610 manually. | ||||
| CVE-2026-27025 | 1 Py-pdf | 1 Pypdf | 2026-11-02 | 5.5 Medium |
| pypdf is a free and open-source pure-python PDF library. Prior to 6.7.1, an attacker who uses this vulnerability can craft a PDF which leads to long runtimes and large memory consumption. This requires parsing the /ToUnicode entry of a font with unusually large values, for example during text extraction. This vulnerability is fixed in 6.7.1. | ||||
| CVE-2026-27026 | 1 Py-pdf | 1 Pypdf | 2026-11-02 | 5.5 Medium |
| pypdf is a free and open-source pure-python PDF library. Prior to 6.7.1, an attacker who uses this vulnerability can craft a PDF which leads to long runtimes. This requires a malformed /FlateDecode stream, where the byte-by-byte decompression is used. This vulnerability is fixed in 6.7.1. | ||||
| CVE-2026-27628 | 1 Py-pdf | 1 Pypdf | 2026-11-02 | 7.5 High |
| pypdf is a free and open-source pure-python PDF library. Prior to 6.7.2, an attacker who uses this vulnerability can craft a PDF which leads to an infinite loop. This requires reading the file. This has been fixed in pypdf 6.7.2. As a workaround, one may apply the patch manually. | ||||
| CVE-2026-31826 | 1 Py-pdf | 1 Pypdf | 2026-11-02 | 5.5 Medium |
| pypdf is a free and open-source pure-python PDF library. Prior to 6.8.0, an attacker who uses this vulnerability can craft a PDF which leads to large memory usage. This requires parsing a content stream with a rather large /Length value, regardless of the actual data length inside the stream. This vulnerability is fixed in 6.8.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-33699 | 1 Py-pdf | 1 Pypdf | 2026-11-02 | 7.5 High |
| pypdf is a free and open-source pure-python PDF library. Versions prior to 6.9.2 have a vulnerability in which an attacker can craft a PDF which leads to an infinite loop. This requires reading a file in non-strict mode. This has been fixed in pypdf 6.9.2. If users cannot upgrade yet, consider applying the changes from the patch manually. | ||||
