| CVE-2026-66758 | 2 Gimp, Redhat | 4 Gimp, Enterprise Linux, Rhel E4s and 1 more | 2026-10-12 | 7.8 High |
| A flaw was found in the file-fits plugin in GIMP. When processing a FITS image file, the plugin calculates memory allocation sizes using signed 32-bit integers for width and height. If a crafted file sets both values to large values, their product exceeds 2^31 and overflows, resulting in an undersized heap-based buffer allocation. This integer overflow issue results in a heap-based buffer overflow when cfitsio subsequently writes a full row of pixels in the buffer, causing memory corruption, potentially leading to arbitrary code execution or a denial of service. | ||||
| CVE-2026-59090 | 2 Gimp, Redhat | 4 Gimp, Enterprise Linux, Rhel E4s and 1 more | 2026-10-12 | 8.4 High |
| A flaw was found in GIMP's PSD file format plugin. This vulnerability, an unsigned integer underflow in the `block_rem` variable, occurs when a user opens a specially crafted `.psd` image file. The underflow leads to parser confusion, enabling an attacker to inject arbitrary data as layer resource blocks. This can ultimately result in arbitrary code execution, allowing the attacker to run malicious code on the victim's system. | ||||
| CVE-2026-58384 | 3 Gimp, Gnu, Redhat | 5 Gimp, Gimp, Enterprise Linux and 2 more | 2026-10-12 | 7.3 High |
| A flaw was found in GIMP's PSD parser. An integer overflow in read_RLE_channel() can cause an undersized heap allocation for the RLE row-length table, after which subsequent per-row writes corrupt heap memory. This could lead to memory corruption, potentially resulting in denial of service or arbitrary code execution. | ||||
| CVE-2026-58379 | 2 Gimp, Redhat | 4 Gimp, Enterprise Linux, Rhel E4s and 1 more | 2026-10-12 | 7.3 High |
| A flaw was found in GIMP's Paint Shop Pro (PSP) file format parser. This heap buffer overflow vulnerability allows a remote attacker to cause arbitrary code execution or a denial of service (DoS) by tricking a user into opening a specially crafted PSP image file. The vulnerability occurs because the software incorrectly calculates buffer sizes when processing low bit-depth images, leading to an overwrite of adjacent memory. | ||||
| CVE-2026-17615 | 1 Redhat | 21 Apache Camel Quarkus, Apicurio Registry, Build Keycloak and 18 more | 2026-10-12 | 7.5 High |
| A flaw was found in RESTEasy's SourceProvider. This vulnerability allows an unauthenticated attacker to perform an unauthenticated remote file read. By sending a specially crafted XML body with a DOCTYPE declaration referencing external entities to an endpoint that accepts application/xml and returns Source or StreamSource, the server can be tricked into resolving the entity and including sensitive file contents in the HTTP response. This is due to the SourceProvider.writeTo() method creating a SAXParser without disabling external entity resolution, leading to an XML External Entity (XXE) vulnerability. | ||||
| CVE-2026-93017 | 1 Redhat | 2 Openshift, Openshift Container Platform | 2026-10-10 | 7.7 High |
| The `insights-operator-gather` ClusterRole grants the operator's service account read access to secrets in the core API group with no namespace or resourceNames restriction — therefore, access to every secret in every namespace in the cluster. Ref: https://github.com/openshift/insights-operator/blob/8f15e3157ff09f54ab22801f5b21da35a195cc6d/manifests/03-clusterrole.yaml#L368-L373 ``` - apiGroups: - "" resources: - secrets verbs: - get - list ``` By spawning a pod with the gather service account mounted, an attacker will be able to access any secret in any namespace. ``` spec: serviceAccountName:"gather" ``` | ||||
| CVE-2026-107169 | 1 Redhat | 1 Enterprise Linux | 2026-10-10 | 6.2 Medium |
| A flaw was found in m17n-lib. An attacker could provide specially crafted or truncated UTF-8 input to trigger an unhandled null pointer dereference during text processing. This issue causes the application to crash unexpectedly, resulting in a Denial of Service (DoS). | ||||
| CVE-2026-107161 | 2 Cyrusimap, Redhat | 6 Cyrus-sasl, Enterprise Linux, Hardened Images and 3 more | 2026-10-10 | 7.5 High |
| A heap-based buffer overflow flaw was found in Cyrus SASL. The add_to_challenge() function in the DIGEST-MD5 plugin computes the size of the buffer needed for a challenge/response field before DIGEST-MD5 quoting is applied, but does not recompute that size when quoting (escaping special characters) makes the value longer. The under-sized buffer is then passed to strcat(), causing a heap-based out-of-bounds write whose size depends on attacker-controlled input. A malicious or on-path DIGEST-MD5 (or HTTP Digest) server can trigger this flaw in a connecting client by supplying a crafted challenge field, such as realm or nonce, most likely resulting in a crash of the client application. | ||||
| CVE-2026-107151 | 2 Red Hat, Redhat | 2 Red Hat Satellite 6, Satellite | 2026-10-10 | 5.9 Medium |
| Missing authentication has been found in remote-execution task updates in the smart_proxy_dynflow package. The progress and completion callbacks accept a report when the one-time token is missing. A network attacker or user must already know the identifier of a running job. This applies when remote execution is set to pull or pull-mqtt mode. They can send their own job output and mark the job as a success or a failure. The job is then recorded with that result. | ||||
| CVE-2025-11234 | 1 Redhat | 7 Enterprise Linux, Openshift, Rhel Aus and 4 more | 2026-10-09 | 7.5 High |
| A flaw was found in QEMU. If the QIOChannelWebsock object is freed while it is waiting to complete a handshake, a GSource is leaked. This can lead to the callback firing later on and triggering a use-after-free in the use of the channel. This can be abused by a malicious client with network access to the VNC WebSocket port to cause a denial of service during the WebSocket handshake prior to the VNC client authentication. | ||||
| CVE-2026-107935 | 1 Redhat | 8 Certifications, Edge Manager, Enterprise Linux and 5 more | 2026-10-09 | 9.3 Critical |
| A path traversal vulnerability was found in gvproxy, the network forwarder provided by the gvisor-tap-vsock package. The unauthenticated /services/forwarder/expose endpoint does not validate the caller-supplied socket path, allowing an attacker to delete arbitrary files on the host system. | ||||
| CVE-2013-4590 | 4 Apache, Debian, Oracle and 1 more | 5 Tomcat, Debian Linux, Solaris and 2 more | 2026-10-09 | N/A |
| Apache Tomcat before 6.0.39, 7.x before 7.0.50, and 8.x before 8.0.0-RC10 allows attackers to obtain "Tomcat internals" information by leveraging the presence of an untrusted web application with a context.xml, web.xml, *.jspx, *.tagx, or *.tld XML document containing an external entity declaration in conjunction with an entity reference, related to an XML External Entity (XXE) issue. | ||||
| CVE-2013-4322 | 2 Apache, Redhat | 3 Tomcat, Enterprise Linux, Jboss Enterprise Web Server | 2026-10-09 | N/A |
| Apache Tomcat before 6.0.39, 7.x before 7.0.50, and 8.x before 8.0.0-RC10 processes chunked transfer coding without properly handling (1) a large total amount of chunked data or (2) whitespace characters in an HTTP header value within a trailer field, which allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service by streaming data. NOTE: this vulnerability exists because of an incomplete fix for CVE-2012-3544. | ||||
| CVE-2013-4286 | 2 Apache, Redhat | 11 Tomcat, Enterprise Linux, Jboss Bpms and 8 more | 2026-10-09 | N/A |
| Apache Tomcat before 6.0.39, 7.x before 7.0.47, and 8.x before 8.0.0-RC3, when an HTTP connector or AJP connector is used, does not properly handle certain inconsistent HTTP request headers, which allows remote attackers to trigger incorrect identification of a request's length and conduct request-smuggling attacks via (1) multiple Content-Length headers or (2) a Content-Length header and a "Transfer-Encoding: chunked" header. NOTE: this vulnerability exists because of an incomplete fix for CVE-2005-2090. | ||||
| CVE-2013-2067 | 2 Apache, Redhat | 5 Tomcat, Enterprise Linux, Jboss Enterprise Application Platform and 2 more | 2026-10-09 | N/A |
| java/org/apache/catalina/authenticator/FormAuthenticator.java in the form authentication feature in Apache Tomcat 6.0.21 through 6.0.36 and 7.x before 7.0.33 does not properly handle the relationships between authentication requirements and sessions, which allows remote attackers to inject a request into a session by sending this request during completion of the login form, a variant of a session fixation attack. | ||||
| CVE-2012-5887 | 2 Apache, Redhat | 8 Tomcat, Enterprise Linux, Jboss Data Grid and 5 more | 2026-10-09 | N/A |
| The HTTP Digest Access Authentication implementation in Apache Tomcat 5.5.x before 5.5.36, 6.x before 6.0.36, and 7.x before 7.0.30 does not properly check for stale nonce values in conjunction with enforcement of proper credentials, which makes it easier for remote attackers to bypass intended access restrictions by sniffing the network for valid requests. | ||||
| CVE-2012-5886 | 2 Apache, Redhat | 8 Tomcat, Enterprise Linux, Jboss Data Grid and 5 more | 2026-10-09 | N/A |
| The HTTP Digest Access Authentication implementation in Apache Tomcat 5.5.x before 5.5.36, 6.x before 6.0.36, and 7.x before 7.0.30 caches information about the authenticated user within the session state, which makes it easier for remote attackers to bypass authentication via vectors related to the session ID. | ||||
| CVE-2012-5885 | 2 Apache, Redhat | 8 Tomcat, Enterprise Linux, Jboss Data Grid and 5 more | 2026-10-09 | N/A |
| The replay-countermeasure functionality in the HTTP Digest Access Authentication implementation in Apache Tomcat 5.5.x before 5.5.36, 6.x before 6.0.36, and 7.x before 7.0.30 tracks cnonce (aka client nonce) values instead of nonce (aka server nonce) and nc (aka nonce-count) values, which makes it easier for remote attackers to bypass intended access restrictions by sniffing the network for valid requests, a different vulnerability than CVE-2011-1184. | ||||
| CVE-2012-4534 | 2 Apache, Redhat | 3 Tomcat, Enterprise Linux, Jboss Enterprise Web Server | 2026-10-09 | N/A |
| org/apache/tomcat/util/net/NioEndpoint.java in Apache Tomcat 6.x before 6.0.36 and 7.x before 7.0.28, when the NIO connector is used in conjunction with sendfile and HTTPS, allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (infinite loop) by terminating the connection during the reading of a response. | ||||
| CVE-2012-4431 | 2 Apache, Redhat | 6 Tomcat, Jboss Data Grid, Jboss Enterprise Application Platform and 3 more | 2026-10-09 | N/A |
| org/apache/catalina/filters/CsrfPreventionFilter.java in Apache Tomcat 6.x before 6.0.36 and 7.x before 7.0.32 allows remote attackers to bypass the cross-site request forgery (CSRF) protection mechanism via a request that lacks a session identifier. | ||||
