| CVE-2026-102695 | 1 Omnifaces | 1 Omnifaces | 2026-10-17 | 8.2 High |
| OmniFaces is a utility library for Faces. In OmniFaces versions before 1.14.3, 2.7.33, 3.14.23, 4.7.12, and 5.4.2, CombinedResourceHandler accepts a structurally valid deflated and base64 encoded combined resource ID without verifying that the server issued it. A forged ID can cause unbounded decoded output, add unique reconstructed IDs to a process-lifetime cache, or combine resources other than stylesheets and scripts. Because jakarta.faces.RESOURCE_EXCLUDES is not applied by this custom resolution path, a forged ID can disclose Facelets source from the webapp resource tree or META-INF/resources. In a deployment configured with the wildcard CDN mapping, a forged ID that selects omnifaces.graphic can also cause a blind, deployment-dependent server-side fetch whose destination derives partly from the request Host header. The flaw does not provide arbitrary file read or establish arbitrary-scheme or arbitrary-destination SSRF. The shared authenticity failure permits memory exhaustion and limited resource disclosure. This issue is fixed in versions 1.14.3, 2.7.33, 3.14.23, 4.7.12, and 5.4.2. | ||||
| CVE-2026-107348 | 1 Pgbouncer | 1 Pgbouncer | 2026-10-17 | 5.9 Medium |
| Integer overflow in the message buffer growth logic (mbuf_make_room) in PgBouncer 1.21.0 through 1.26.0 allows a remote attacker to cause a denial of service when max_packet_size is configured above 2147483648. A packet header declaring a length above 2^31 makes the buffer size computation overflow, leaving the growth loop unable to terminate. Because PgBouncer serves all clients from a single process, this saturates a CPU core and stalls every pooled connection until the process is restarted. Since 1.23.0 the overflow is reachable before authentication with a five-byte packet header. | ||||
| CVE-2026-107349 | 1 Pgbouncer | 1 Pgbouncer | 2026-10-17 | 7.5 High |
| An infinite loop in PgBouncer 1.20.0 through 1.26.0 allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to cause a denial of service. A StartupMessage whose options parameter contains an empty parameter name, such as "-c=", makes the ignore_startup_parameters list lookup loop forever. Because PgBouncer serves all clients from a single process, this saturates a CPU core and makes PgBouncer unresponsive to all clients until the process is restarted. | ||||
| CVE-2026-110216 | 1 Youlai | 1 Youlai-boot | 2026-10-17 | 7.1 High |
| youlai-boot through 2.21.1 contains a missing authorization vulnerability that allows any authenticated user to enable or disable accounts because the updateUserStatus handler lacks a @PreAuthorize check. Attackers can send PATCH requests to /api/v1/users/{userId}/status to disable root or admin accounts, locking administrators out, or re-enable accounts an administrator has disabled. | ||||
| CVE-2026-85373 | 1 Microsoft | 28 Windows 10 1607, Windows 10 1809, Windows 10 21h2 and 25 more | 2026-10-17 | 7.8 High |
| Heap-based buffer overflow in Windows Universal Plug and Play (UPnP) Device Host allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. | ||||
| CVE-2026-107381 | 1 Darylldoyle | 1 Svg-sanitizer | 2026-10-17 | 6.5 Medium |
| svg-sanitizer is a PHP SVG/XML sanitizer. Prior to 1.0.0, Resolver::processReferences() in src/ElementReference/Resolver.php builds the SVG <use> reference graph with a case-sensitive href attribute predicate before cleanHrefAttributes() normalizes mixed-case names. An attacker can provide xlink:HrEf on nested <use> elements so the graph omits those references, after which the sanitizer converts the attribute to canonical xlink:href and returns the live nesting structure without applying the useNestingLimit protection. A consuming application that renders the sanitized SVG can therefore be exposed to the resource exhaustion that control is designed to prevent. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-85328 | 1 Microsoft | 20 Windows 10 1809, Windows 10 21h2, Windows 10 21h2 and 17 more | 2026-10-17 | 7 High |
| Weak authentication in Windows Projected File System allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. | ||||
| CVE-2026-106090 | 1 Adobe | 3 Coldfusion, Coldfusion 2023, Coldfusion 2025 | 2026-10-17 | 8.8 High |
| ColdFusion is affected by an Incorrect Authorization vulnerability that could result in arbitrary code execution in the context of the current user. A low-privileged attacker could exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code. Exploitation of this issue does not require user interaction. Scope is changed. | ||||
| CVE-2026-85322 | 1 Microsoft | 28 Windows 10 1607, Windows 10 1809, Windows 10 21h2 and 25 more | 2026-10-17 | 7.5 High |
| Use of uninitialized resource in Windows Routing and Remote Access Service (RRAS) allows an unauthorized attacker to disclose information over a network. | ||||
| CVE-2026-106464 | 1 Eclipse | 1 Netx Duo | 2026-10-17 | N/A |
| `_nx_secure_x509_parse_signature_data` computes the certificate signature's length as `tlv_length - 1` without first checking that `tlv_length` is non-zero. A certificate whose signature is an empty ASN.1 BIT STRING therefore parses successfully and leaves the certificate holding a signature length of `0xFFFFFFFF` and a signature pointer one byte past the end of the buffer. Certificates are parsed from the peer during the TLS handshake, so the input is remote and unauthenticated. | ||||
| CVE-2026-106465 | 1 Eclipse | 1 Netx Duo | 2026-10-17 | N/A |
| The NetX Secure DTLS server sends a HelloVerifyRequest carrying a freshly generated cookie, but never checks the cookie a client returns. The ClientHello parser copies the client's cookie bytes over the value the server issued, and the server then decides whether the client has been verified from the cookie's length alone. A peer that puts any single cookie byte in its first ClientHello skips the verification exchange entirely, so the server has no return-routability check and completes handshakes for forged source addresses. | ||||
| CVE-2026-85810 | 1 Microsoft | 28 Windows 10 1607, Windows 10 1809, Windows 10 21h2 and 25 more | 2026-10-17 | 7 High |
| Use after free in Windows Telephony Server allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. | ||||
| CVE-2026-106614 | 1 Adobe | 3 Coldfusion, Coldfusion 2023, Coldfusion 2025 | 2026-10-17 | 7.8 High |
| ColdFusion is affected by an Incorrect Authorization vulnerability that could result in arbitrary code execution in the context of the current user. A low-privileged attacker could exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code. Exploit depends on conditions beyond the attacker's control. Exploitation of this issue does not require user interaction. Scope is changed. | ||||
| CVE-2026-105106 | 1 Koha-community | 1 Koha | 2026-10-17 | 8.8 High |
| Koha is vulnerable to OS command injection in the Task Scheduler deletion path. The tools/scheduler.pl handler accepts the jobid request parameter for op=cud-delete and passes it to C4::Scheduler::remove_at_job without validating it. Schedule::At::remove substitutes the supplied job ID into an atrm command string without quoting or escaping it and executes the command through a single-argument system() call, which invokes the shell. An authenticated staff user with the tools => schedule_tasks permission can therefore execute arbitrary operating-system commands as the Koha web/application user by supplying shell metacharacters in jobid. The issue is fixed in Koha 24.11.20, 25.05.15, 25.11.09, and 26.05.04, and in the 26.11 development branch. | ||||
| CVE-2026-105599 | 1 Microsoft | 11 365 Apps, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office Ltsc 2021 and 8 more | 2026-10-17 | 7.5 High |
| Heap-based buffer overflow in Microsoft Office PowerPoint allows an unauthorized attacker to execute code over a network. | ||||
| CVE-2026-105429 | 1 Netbird | 1 Netbird | 2026-10-17 | 8 High |
| Improper neutralization of special elements in the NetBird client SSH configuration manager (client/ssh/config/manager.go) in NetBird versions 0.60.0 through 0.74.6 allows a malicious or compromised peer to execute arbitrary commands on other NetBird client hosts. The client writes a system-wide OpenSSH drop-in file (/etc/ssh/ssh_config.d/99-netbird.conf, or the equivalent under %PROGRAMDATA%\ssh\ssh_config.d on Windows) that embeds each peer FQDN or hostname inside a double-quoted Match host directive without escaping. A peer name containing a double quote breaks out of the quoted context and injects arbitrary SSH configuration directives, including exec commands, which run locally as any user on the host the next time that user runs ssh. Desktop clients on Linux, macOS, Windows and FreeBSD are affected; the Android and iOS apps are not. The issue is fixed in version 0.74.7, which accepts a peer FQDN or hostname only if it is a valid DNS name. | ||||
