CVE-2026-103435 1 Anthropic 1 Claude Code 2026-10-09 7.0 High
Claude Code validated that a target file path resided within the project working directory at permission-check time, but re-resolved the path at write time without repeating that validation. This time-of-check to time-of-use (TOCTOU) gap allowed an attacker who could write to the workspace to atomically replace a project file with a symlink, causing Claude Code to follow the symlink and write its output to an arbitrary file outside the project sandbox. Exploitation required the ability to win a race condition against the write operation and write access to the shared workspace, enabling a lower-privileged attacker to redirect benign edits to sensitive files (e.g., shell configuration) in a higher-privileged session. Users on standard Claude Code auto-update have received this fix already. Users performing manual updates are advised to update to the latest version. Thank you to hackerone.com/c_h4ck_0 for reporting this issue.
CVE-2026-42698 2 Themeum, Wordpress-extensions 2 Tutor Lms, Tutor Lms 2026-10-09 5.3 Medium
Concurrent Execution using Shared Resource with Improper Synchronization ('Race Condition') vulnerability in Themeum Tutor LMS tutor allows Leveraging Race Conditions. This issue affects Tutor LMS: from n/a through 4.1.1.
CVE-2026-97032 1 Go Standard Library 2 Net/http, Net/http2 2026-10-09 5.9 Medium
HTTP/2 servers could end up crashing due to inadvertently modifying its HPACK encoder concurrently. This happens because the server modifies the HPACK encoder from two goroutines without synchronization: one uses the encoder to encode a HEADERS frame as part of a response sent to a client and the other modifies the encoder's table size when handling a SETTINGS frame containing SETTINGS_HEADER_TABLE_SIZE that a client sends. A malicious client can repeatedly send a request while changing the header table size to crash the server.
CVE-2020-36558 2 Linux, Redhat 5 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Eus and 2 more 2026-10-08 5.1 Medium
A race condition in the Linux kernel before 5.5.7 involving VT_RESIZEX could lead to a NULL pointer dereference and general protection fault.
CVE-2022-20154 1 Google 1 Android 2026-10-08 6.4 Medium
In lock_sock_nested of sock.c, there is a possible use after free due to a race condition. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with System execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.Product: AndroidVersions: Android kernelAndroid ID: A-174846563References: Upstream kernel
CVE-2021-4001 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-10-08 4.1 Medium
A race condition was found in the Linux kernel's ebpf verifier between bpf_map_update_elem and bpf_map_freeze due to a missing lock in kernel/bpf/syscall.c. In this flaw, a local user with a special privilege (cap_sys_admin or cap_bpf) can modify the frozen mapped address space. This flaw affects kernel versions prior to 5.16 rc2.
CVE-2020-8670 3 Intel, Netapp, Siemens 567 Bios, Core I3-l13g4, Core I5-l16g7 and 564 more 2026-10-08 6.4 Medium
Race condition in the firmware for some Intel(R) Processors may allow a privileged user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access.
CVE-2020-29374 3 Debian, Linux, Netapp 11 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel, 500f and 8 more 2026-10-08 3.6 Low
An issue was discovered in the Linux kernel before 5.7.3, related to mm/gup.c and mm/huge_memory.c. The get_user_pages (aka gup) implementation, when used for a copy-on-write page, does not properly consider the semantics of read operations and therefore can grant unintended write access, aka CID-17839856fd58.
CVE-2020-14416 2 Linux, Opensuse 2 Linux Kernel, Leap 2026-10-08 4.2 Medium
In the Linux kernel before 5.4.16, a race condition in tty->disc_data handling in the slip and slcan line discipline could lead to a use-after-free, aka CID-0ace17d56824. This affects drivers/net/slip/slip.c and drivers/net/can/slcan.c.
CVE-2020-12769 5 Canonical, Debian, Linux and 2 more 36 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Linux Kernel and 33 more 2026-10-08 5.5 Medium
An issue was discovered in the Linux kernel before 5.4.17. drivers/spi/spi-dw.c allows attackers to cause a panic via concurrent calls to dw_spi_irq and dw_spi_transfer_one, aka CID-19b61392c5a8.
CVE-2019-19965 5 Canonical, Debian, Linux and 2 more 21 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Linux Kernel and 18 more 2026-10-08 4.7 Medium
In the Linux kernel through 5.4.6, there is a NULL pointer dereference in drivers/scsi/libsas/sas_discover.c because of mishandling of port disconnection during discovery, related to a PHY down race condition, aka CID-f70267f379b5.
CVE-2026-104714 1 Apache 1 Struts 2026-10-08 8.8 High
Concurrent execution using shared resource with improper synchronization ('race condition') vulnerability in Apache Struts. Where a localized message formats a date or time argument, the formatter retained for that message by the application-wide text provider is used by concurrently served requests without isolation, so a value belonging to one user can appear in another user's response, or the rendering can fail and surface as a server error. Applications whose localized messages format no date or time arguments are not affected. This issue affects Apache Struts: from 2.0.0 through 2.3.37, from 2.5.0 through 2.5.33, from 6.0.0 through 6.11.0, from 7.0.0 through 7.3.0. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 6.12.0 or 7.4.0, which fixes the issue.
CVE-2026-106213 1 Google 1 Chrome 2026-10-08 4.3 Medium
Race condition in WebAudio in Google Chrome prior to 155.0.8059.39 allowed a remote attacker to potentially leak cross-origin data via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Medium)
CVE-2026-91813 3 Foxit, Foxitsoftware, Microsoft 5 Pdf Editor, Pdf Reader, Foxit Pdf Editor and 2 more 2026-10-08 8.8 High
A vulnerability in Foxit PDF Editor/Reader’s update mechanism allows an update package to be replaced between download and high-privilege extraction due to insufficient file locking and integrity validation. This could enable local attackers to execute arbitrary code with elevated privileges.
CVE-2026-70597 2 Electron, Electronjs 2 Electron, Electron 2026-10-08 6.3 Medium
Electron is a framework for writing cross-platform desktop applications using JavaScript, HTML and CSS. Prior to 39.8.8, 40.9.0, 41.2.1, and 42.0.0-beta.3, the check Electron uses on macOS to confirm it was launched by a same-signed parent process could be bypassed by a local process. Apps that enable fuse-based hardening restricting ELECTRON_RUN_AS_NODE and NODE_OPTIONS to same-signed parents rely on this check, and a local attacker could bypass it and run code inside the signed app, inheriting its TCC permissions and keychain access. This issue is fixed in 39.8.8, 40.9.0, 41.2.1, and 42.0.0-beta.3.
CVE-2026-106201 1 Google 1 Chrome 2026-10-08 8.8 High
Race condition in V8 in Google Chrome prior to 155.0.8059.39 allowed a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code inside the sandbox via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Medium)
CVE-2026-106207 1 Google 1 Chrome 2026-10-08 8.8 High
Race condition in V8 in Google Chrome prior to 155.0.8059.39 allowed a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code inside the sandbox via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Medium)
