CVE Vendors Products Updated CVSS v3.1
CVE-2022-40768 3 Debian, Fedoraproject, Linux 3 Debian Linux, Fedora, Linux Kernel 2026-10-14 5.5 Medium
drivers/scsi/stex.c in the Linux kernel through 5.19.9 allows local users to obtain sensitive information from kernel memory because stex_queuecommand_lck lacks a memset for the PASSTHRU_CMD case.
CVE-2022-40674 4 Debian, Fedoraproject, Libexpat Project and 1 more 9 Debian Linux, Fedora, Libexpat and 6 more 2026-10-14 8.1 High
libexpat before 2.4.9 has a use-after-free in the doContent function in xmlparse.c.
CVE-2022-40307 2 Debian, Linux 2 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel 2026-10-14 4.7 Medium
An issue was discovered in the Linux kernel through 5.19.8. drivers/firmware/efi/capsule-loader.c has a race condition with a resultant use-after-free.
CVE-2022-39190 3 Debian, Linux, Redhat 3 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux 2026-10-14 5.5 Medium
An issue was discovered in net/netfilter/nf_tables_api.c in the Linux kernel before 5.19.6. A denial of service can occur upon binding to an already bound chain.
CVE-2022-39188 3 Debian, Linux, Redhat 5 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux and 2 more 2026-10-14 4.7 Medium
An issue was discovered in include/asm-generic/tlb.h in the Linux kernel before 5.19. Because of a race condition (unmap_mapping_range versus munmap), a device driver can free a page while it still has stale TLB entries. This only occurs in situations with VM_PFNMAP VMAs.
CVE-2022-37454 9 Debian, Extended Keccak Code Package Project, Fedoraproject and 6 more 9 Debian Linux, Extended Keccak Code Package, Fedora and 6 more 2026-10-14 9.8 Critical
The Keccak XKCP SHA-3 reference implementation before fdc6fef has an integer overflow and resultant buffer overflow that allows attackers to execute arbitrary code or eliminate expected cryptographic properties. This occurs in the sponge function interface.
CVE-2022-36946 4 Debian, Linux, Netapp and 1 more 10 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel, Active Iq Unified Manager and 7 more 2026-10-14 7.5 High
nfqnl_mangle in net/netfilter/nfnetlink_queue.c in the Linux kernel through 5.18.14 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (panic) because, in the case of an nf_queue verdict with a one-byte nfta_payload attribute, an skb_pull can encounter a negative skb->len.
CVE-2022-36879 4 Debian, Linux, Netapp and 1 more 46 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel, A700s and 43 more 2026-10-14 5.5 Medium
An issue was discovered in the Linux kernel through 5.18.14. xfrm_expand_policies in net/xfrm/xfrm_policy.c can cause a refcount to be dropped twice.
CVE-2022-36280 3 Debian, Linux, Redhat 3 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux 2026-10-14 6.3 Medium
An out-of-bounds(OOB) memory access vulnerability was found in vmwgfx driver in drivers/gpu/vmxgfx/vmxgfx_kms.c in GPU component in the Linux kernel with device file '/dev/dri/renderD128 (or Dxxx)'. This flaw allows a local attacker with a user account on the system to gain privilege, causing a denial of service(DoS).
CVE-2022-35252 6 Apple, Debian, Haxx and 3 more 21 Macos, Debian Linux, Curl and 18 more 2026-10-14 3.7 Low
When curl is used to retrieve and parse cookies from a HTTP(S) server, itaccepts cookies using control codes that when later are sent back to a HTTPserver might make the server return 400 responses. Effectively allowing a"sister site" to deny service to all siblings.
CVE-2022-34918 5 Canonical, Debian, Linux and 2 more 14 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Linux Kernel and 11 more 2026-10-14 7.8 High
An issue was discovered in the Linux kernel through 5.18.9. A type confusion bug in nft_set_elem_init (leading to a buffer overflow) could be used by a local attacker to escalate privileges, a different vulnerability than CVE-2022-32250. (The attacker can obtain root access, but must start with an unprivileged user namespace to obtain CAP_NET_ADMIN access.) This can be fixed in nft_setelem_parse_data in net/netfilter/nf_tables_api.c.
CVE-2022-32250 5 Debian, Fedoraproject, Linux and 2 more 20 Debian Linux, Fedora, Linux Kernel and 17 more 2026-10-14 7.8 High
net/netfilter/nf_tables_api.c in the Linux kernel through 5.18.1 allows a local user (able to create user/net namespaces) to escalate privileges to root because an incorrect NFT_STATEFUL_EXPR check leads to a use-after-free.
CVE-2022-32221 6 Apple, Debian, Haxx and 3 more 16 Macos, Debian Linux, Curl and 13 more 2026-10-14 9.8 Critical
When doing HTTP(S) transfers, libcurl might erroneously use the read callback (`CURLOPT_READFUNCTION`) to ask for data to send, even when the `CURLOPT_POSTFIELDS` option has been set, if the same handle previously was used to issue a `PUT` request which used that callback. This flaw may surprise the application and cause it to misbehave and either send off the wrong data or use memory after free or similar in the subsequent `POST` request. The problem exists in the logic for a reused handle when it is changed from a PUT to a POST.
CVE-2022-32208 7 Apple, Debian, Fedoraproject and 4 more 21 Macos, Debian Linux, Fedora and 18 more 2026-10-14 5.9 Medium
When curl < 7.84.0 does FTP transfers secured by krb5, it handles message verification failures wrongly. This flaw makes it possible for a Man-In-The-Middle attack to go unnoticed and even allows it to inject data to the client.
CVE-2022-32207 7 Apple, Debian, Fedoraproject and 4 more 21 Macos, Debian Linux, Fedora and 18 more 2026-10-14 9.8 Critical
When curl < 7.84.0 saves cookies, alt-svc and hsts data to local files, it makes the operation atomic by finalizing the operation with a rename from a temporary name to the final target file name.In that rename operation, it might accidentally *widen* the permissions for the target file, leaving the updated file accessible to more users than intended.
CVE-2022-32206 7 Debian, Fedoraproject, Haxx and 4 more 35 Debian Linux, Fedora, Curl and 32 more 2026-10-14 6.5 Medium
curl < 7.84.0 supports "chained" HTTP compression algorithms, meaning that a serverresponse can be compressed multiple times and potentially with different algorithms. The number of acceptable "links" in this "decompression chain" was unbounded, allowing a malicious server to insert a virtually unlimited number of compression steps. The use of such a decompression chain could result in a "malloc bomb", makingcurl end up spending enormous amounts of allocated heap memory, or trying toand returning out of memory errors.
CVE-2022-32205 7 Apple, Debian, Fedoraproject and 4 more 29 Macos, Debian Linux, Fedora and 26 more 2026-10-14 4.3 Medium
A malicious server can serve excessive amounts of `Set-Cookie:` headers in a HTTP response to curl and curl < 7.84.0 stores all of them. A sufficiently large amount of (big) cookies make subsequent HTTP requests to this, or other servers to which the cookies match, create requests that become larger than the threshold that curl uses internally to avoid sending crazy large requests (1048576 bytes) and instead returns an error. This denial state might remain for as long as the same cookies are kept, match and haven't expired. Due to cookie matching rules, a server on `foo.example.com` can set cookies that also would match for `bar.example.com`, making it it possible for a "sister server" to effectively cause a denial of service for a sibling site on the same second level domain using this method.
CVE-2022-29824 6 Debian, Fedoraproject, Netapp and 3 more 26 Debian Linux, Fedora, Active Iq Unified Manager and 23 more 2026-10-14 6.5 Medium
In libxml2 before 2.9.14, several buffer handling functions in buf.c (xmlBuf*) and tree.c (xmlBuffer*) don't check for integer overflows. This can result in out-of-bounds memory writes. Exploitation requires a victim to open a crafted, multi-gigabyte XML file. Other software using libxml2's buffer functions, for example libxslt through 1.1.35, is affected as well.
CVE-2022-29155 3 Debian, Netapp, Openldap 14 Debian Linux, H300s, H300s Firmware and 11 more 2026-10-14 9.8 Critical
In OpenLDAP 2.x before 2.5.12 and 2.6.x before 2.6.2, a SQL injection vulnerability exists in the experimental back-sql backend to slapd, via a SQL statement within an LDAP query. This can occur during an LDAP search operation when the search filter is processed, due to a lack of proper escaping.
CVE-2022-27782 4 Debian, Haxx, Redhat and 1 more 4 Debian Linux, Curl, Enterprise Linux and 1 more 2026-10-14 7.5 High
libcurl would reuse a previously created connection even when a TLS or SSHrelated option had been changed that should have prohibited reuse.libcurl keeps previously used connections in a connection pool for subsequenttransfers to reuse if one of them matches the setup. However, several TLS andSSH settings were left out from the configuration match checks, making themmatch too easily.
