CVSS v3.1 |
| The MemberPress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery in versions up to, and including, 1.14.1. This is due to a bypassable nonce verification check in the save_profile_fields() function that uses an isset() condition at line 1119, allowing the security check to be completely bypassed by simply omitting the nonce parameter from the request. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to change authenticated users' email addresses via a forged request granted they can trick an authenticated user into performing an action such as clicking on a link, leading to account takeover through password reset functionality. |

A low privileged attacker with remote access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to Denial of service. |
| The Enable Media Replace plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 4.2.2. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with author-level access and above, to modify the post_content of any published post referencing the replaced media — including Administrator-owned posts — making changes immediately visible to unauthenticated visitors. The doReplaceQuery() method performs a database-wide search-and-replace across all posts containing the old media URL without any per-post capability check, meaning a single Author-triggered request can silently overwrite a large number of posts that WordPress's standard admin UI and REST API would otherwise forbid that user from editing. |
| The Pie Register Premium plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Unrestricted File Type Upload in all versions up to, and including, 3.8.4.0 via the piereg_file_upload function. This is due to the plugin performing file type validation via wp_check_filetype and wp_check_filetype_and_ext but never checking whether those validation calls produced errors before move_uploaded_file() is called, combined with no nonce or capability check on the AJAX handler. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to upload files of dangerous types (e.g. PHP scripts) that may be executable, which makes remote code execution possible. The server returns the generated destination filename in the response, giving the attacker the exact path needed to trigger the uploaded file. |
| The Post Snippets – Custom WordPress Code Snippets Customizer plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via Shortcode Attributes in all versions up to, and including, 4.2.4 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. Entity-encoded payloads such as <script>...</script> survive WordPress's wp_kses_post on-save sanitization because kses does not decode HTML entities, and are only converted back into executable HTML tags at render time by the plugin's own shortcode filter. This requires snippet shortcodes to be enabled. |
| The Waitlist Woocommerce ( Back in stock notifier ) plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via 'type' Shortcode Attribute in all versions up to, and including, 2.9.1 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The wp_kses_post filter applied on contributor post save does not prevent this vulnerability because shortcode attribute values are not HTML and pass through kses unchanged; the payload is materialized only at render time when the shortcode is expanded. |
| The Beyondseo plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized access in versions up to, and including, 1.3.6. This is due to the plugin permanently granting the 'rankingcoach_write_redirectManager' (and sibling rankingcoach_write_* module capabilities) to the Contributor role via BaseModule::defineCapabilities(), whose default role list includes 'contributor', combined with the module's REST endpoints (registered through BaseSubmoduleApi::registerRouteCreate/registerRouteEdit/registerRouteDelete) authorizing state-changing requests solely through checkPermissionsPost(), which only calls current_user_can('rankingcoach_write_<module>') and performs no admin capability, ownership, or additional nonce check inside the callback. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Contributor-level access and above, to elevate their privileges to effectively that of an Administrator with respect to site-wide redirect management — creating, updating, or deleting 301/302 redirects that RedirectManagerHooks::handleRedirects() executes for every frontend visitor on template_redirect, allowing hijacking of arbitrary paths (including /checkout, /wp-login. |
| The WP Inventory Manager plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to time-based SQL Injection via 'sort_order' Shortcode Attribute in all versions up to, and including, 2.5.5 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database. This can be exploited by a Contributor via the [wpinventory_categories] shortcode embedded in a draft post rendered through preview, without requiring the post to be published. |
| The Kirki plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Privilege Escalation via PHP Object Injection in all versions up to, and including, 6.2.5 via deserialization of untrusted input through the 'get-single-symbol' branch of the kirki_post_apis() AJAX dispatcher due to a missing capability check. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Subscriber-level access and above, to inject a PHP Object. The additional presence of a POP chain allows attackers to overwrite an administrator's password and gain administrative access. |
| PowerProtect Data Domain, Feature Release versions 7.7.1.0 through 8.7, LTS2024 release versions 7.13.1.0 through 7.13.1.70, LTS2025 release versions 8.3.1.0 through 8.3.1.30, LTS2026 release versions 8.6.1.0 through 8.6.1.10, contain a Relative Path Traversal vulnerability in the certificate. A high privileged attacker with remote access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to Denial of service. |
| Asterisk is an open source private branch exchange and telephony toolkit. Prior to Asterisk 20.20.1, 21.12.3, 22.10.1, 23.4.1 and Certified Asterisk 20.7-cert11, 22.8-cert3, insufficient bounds checking in the `chan_ooh323` `Q.931` `information-element parser` permits an `out-of-bounds read` that may allow an unauthenticated attacker to crash Asterisk using carefully crafted `setup packets`. The `chan_ooh323` addon channel driver must be explicitly compiled and installed, which is not the default, and its port must be publicly reachable. This issue is fixed in Asterisk 20.20.1, 21.12.3, 22.10.1, 23.4.1 and Certified Asterisk 20.7-cert11, 22.8-cert3. |
| The Advanced Custom Fields: Extended plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized access of data and triggering of server-side actions in all versions up to, and including, 0.9.2.7. This is due to multiple AJAX handlers registered for unauthenticated users (`wp_ajax_nopriv_*`) that fail to implement proper `current_user_can()` authorization checks. While these handlers use ACF's `acf_verify_ajax()` function to validate cryptographic nonces, the `acf_nonce` values are generated for guest users and publicly exposed in the page source of any frontend page utilizing an ACF form. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to extract the guest nonce and bypass WordPress visibility permissions, leading to the unauthorized disclosure of post titles and internal Flexible Content layout structures. The vulnerability was partially patched in version 0.9.2.4. |
| Missing Authorization vulnerability in Hallo Welt! GmbH BlueSpice (Extension:BlueSpiceUserManager) allows any authenticated user without special privileges to block or unblock arbitrary user accounts, including administrators. The REST endpoints /bs-usermanager/v1/block/create and /bs-usermanager/v1/block/delete call UserManager::blockUser() and UserManager::unblockUser(), which do not verify the permissions of the acting user. This allows locking out all administrators (denial of service) and lifting blocks imposed by administrators.
This issue affects BlueSpice: from 5.0.0 before 5.1.11, from 5.2.0 before 5.2.7. |
