CVSS v3.1 |
| The Crowdfundly WordPress plugin through 2.2.2 does not have capability checks on some of its AJAX actions, allowing users holding one of its own low privileged roles to grant themselves the administrator role or arbitrary capabilities, leading to a full site takeover. |
| The SMS Alert WordPress plugin before 4.0.1 does not bind the account whose password is being changed to the phone number that was actually verified during its OTP password reset, allowing unauthenticated attackers to set a new password on an arbitrary account, including an administrator, by verifying a one-time code sent to a phone number they control. |
| The `insights-operator-gather` ClusterRole grants the operator's service account read access to secrets in the core API group with no namespace or resourceNames restriction — therefore, access to every secret in every namespace in the cluster.
Ref: https://github.com/openshift/insights-operator/blob/8f15e3157ff09f54ab22801f5b21da35a195cc6d/manifests/03-clusterrole.yaml#L368-L373
```
- apiGroups:
- ""
resources:
- secrets
verbs:
- get
- list
```
By spawning a pod with the gather service account mounted, an attacker will be able to access any secret in any namespace.
```
spec:
serviceAccountName:"gather"
| IBM Guardium Data Protection 12.2 is vulnerable to a local privilege escalation in the cp_wrapper component. A low-privileged local user could exploit this vulnerability to gain root privileges and access or modify sensitive system files. |
| The replay-countermeasure functionality in the HTTP Digest Access Authentication implementation in Apache Tomcat 5.5.x before 5.5.36, 6.x before 6.0.36, and 7.x before 7.0.30 tracks cnonce (aka client nonce) values instead of nonce (aka server nonce) and nc (aka nonce-count) values, which makes it easier for remote attackers to bypass intended access restrictions by sniffing the network for valid requests, a different vulnerability than CVE-2011-1184. |
| org/apache/catalina/filters/CsrfPreventionFilter.java in Apache Tomcat 6.x before 6.0.36 and 7.x before 7.0.32 allows remote attackers to bypass the cross-site request forgery (CSRF) protection mechanism via a request that lacks a session identifier. |
| In Progress® Telerik® Report Server prior to version 12.2.26.1007, incorrect privilege assignment in the service-agent SignalR hub allows an authenticated user, including a low-privilege or guest account with a valid bearer token, to register as a trusted service agent. On the next server settings-synchronization event, the rogue agent receives storage settings and encryption private keys. This privilege escalation enables disclosure of protected secrets, including stored data-source credentials and connection strings, and allows agent impersonation and interference with task dispatch. |
| The FooSales WordPress plugin before 1.43.3 does not verify that an authenticated caller is entitled to act as the user a request names, allowing any authenticated user to have the FooSales WordPress plugin before 1.43.3 act as an arbitrary other user, including an administrator, resulting in that user's account details being exposed and their account being taken over. |
| Vulnerability in the Oracle Contracts product of Oracle E-Business Suite (component: Internal Operations). Supported versions that are affected are 12.2.14-12.2.15. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows high privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Contracts. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in takeover of Oracle Contracts. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 7.2 (Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:H/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:H). |
| Vulnerability in the Oracle Product Workbench product of Oracle E-Business Suite (component: Internal Operations). Supported versions that are affected are 12.2.3-12.2.15. Difficult to exploit vulnerability allows low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Product Workbench. While the vulnerability is in Oracle Product Workbench, attacks may significantly impact additional products (scope change). Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in takeover of Oracle Product Workbench. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 8.5 (Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:H/PR:L/UI:N/S:C/C:H/I:H/A:H). |
Easily exploitable vulnerability allows low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Demand Signal Repository. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in takeover of Oracle Demand Signal Repository. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 8.8 (Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability impacts). | Zammad packages built with packager.io (DEB and RPM) could have allowed a local attacker who already had file system write privileges as the unprivileged zammad service account to escalate to full root privileges on the host. Service processes began running as root and executed files that were owned and writable by the zammad account before dropping their identity to that account. An attacker holding that foothold could have escalated within seconds, because the affected services were restarted automatically whenever they stopped; no administrator interaction was required. Only installations from the DEB and RPM packages were affected — installations from source or the official container images were not. All released packaged versions were affected. |
| Authentication bypass vulnerabilities exist in the web management interface of AOS-S. Successful exploitation could allow an unauthenticated remote attacker to gain unauthorized access to the affected system. |
| A privilege escalation vulnerability exists in the API of AOS-S. Successful exploitation could allow an authenticated read-only user to escalate their privileges and gain administrative access to the affected system. |
| Backstage is an open framework for building developer portals. Prior to 0.16.1 and 0.17.8, the @backstage/backend-defaults package is affected by improper preservation of access restrictions during service credential delegation. An external service credential configured with access restrictions (e.g., read-only) could bypass those restrictions by routing requests through plugin delegation paths. This could allow a restricted service to perform operations beyond its intended scope, including write operations on plugins it was restricted to read-only access for. This issue is fixed in versions 0.16.1 and 0.17.8. |
| The Koinonia Link WordPress plugin before 1.1.5 does not check that a user is allowed to change roles before saving a role selection submitted with a profile update, allowing any authenticated user, such as a subscriber, to grant themselves the Administrator role. |
| The Frontend Dashboard WordPress plugin before 3.0.5 does not perform any authorisation or nonce check on actions available to unauthenticated users that call an attacker-chosen PHP function or class method with the request data, allowing unauthenticated users to take over any account, including administrators. |
| A vulnerability in the export policies functionality of Cisco Application Policy Infrastructure Controller (APIC) could allow an authenticated, remote attacker to access sensitive files on an affected device. To exploit this vulnerability, the attacker must have valid administrative credentials.
This vulnerability is due to insufficient access control to file system resources. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by submitting crafted values in specific UI fields. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to access sensitive files from the underlying file system of an affected device, including key materials that could be used to elevate privileges to root on the affected APIC and on managed switches. |
| An authenticated high privilege user can inject arguments in troubleshooting commands resulting in privilege escalation. |
