CVSS v3.1 |
| Authorization Bypass Through User-Controlled Key (CWE-639) in Elastic Cloud Enterprise (ECE) can lead to privilege escalation via Privilege Abuse (CAPEC-122). An attacker who controls any host in an ECE installation can obtain credentials that are reserved for other platform roles. These credentials can give the attacker full control of the ECE control plane and of the deployments that it manages. |
| Insertion of Sensitive Information into Externally-Accessible File or Directory (CWE-538) in Elastic Cloud Enterprise (ECE) can lead to privilege escalation via Retrieve Embedded Sensitive Data (CAPEC-37). After the ECE certificate rotation procedure runs, data that it retains contains platform credentials and certificate authority private keys, and lower-privileged platform components can read this data. An attacker who controls any host in the installation can use this data to get full control of the ECE control plane and of the deployments that it manages. |
| P-Net before 1.0.3 does not check that a complete block header is present in the received data before reading the next block in DCP Set and Identify requests. If the last block ends at the end of the receive buffer, the block length of the following block is read past the end of the buffer. In addition, a DCP Set block with a length smaller than the two-byte block qualifier makes the length underflow, so the block is processed with a length of 65534 bytes. This can cause a crash (denial of service) or disclose a small amount of memory content. Requires ADJACENT network access. |
| Improper limitation of pathname in the Ad Hoc Transfer component of Progress Software WS_FTP Server versions prior to 2024.0.6 and 2025.0.3 on Windows could allow an authenticated user to access files outside intended directories. |
| Heap-based buffer overflow in Windows Remote Access Connection Manager allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. |
| Use after free in Windows Common Log File System Driver allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. |
| Heap-based buffer overflow in Microsoft Windows Search Component allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. |
| Heap-based buffer overflow in Windows Common Log File System Driver allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. |
| Heap-based buffer overflow in Windows Kernel-Mode Drivers allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. |
| Use after free in Windows Storage VSP Driver allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. |
| Acceptance of extraneous untrusted data with trusted data vulnerability in OpenText Advanced Authentication Server allows Accessing Functionality Not Properly Constrained by ACLs.
This issue affects Advanced Authentication Server: from 6.4.0.0 through 6.4.3.8, from 6.5.0.0 through 6.5.0.10, and from 6.6.0.0 through 6.6.1.0. |
| Initialization of a resource with an insecure default vulnerability in OpenText Advanced Authentication Server allows Excessive Allocation.
This issue affects Advanced Authentication Server: from 6.4.0.0 through 6.4.3.x, from 6.5.0.0 through 6.5.0.x, and from 6.6.0.0 through 6.6.1.0.
The fix for this is issue is to create a secure configuration. The 6.6.2.0 release has a best practice entry if the configuration is unsecure.
A secure configuration is to NOT allow creation/recreation of Unauthenticated Endpoints. If creation/recreation of Unauthenticated Endpoints is required, you should only allow it from trusted networks.
To remedy this issue, change your configuration to NOT allow creation/recreation of Unauthenticated Endpoints. If you require Unauthenticated Endpoints, you MUST change your configuration to use a non-empty whitelist to specify the trusted networks. An empty whitelist will allow all networks to create/recreate endpoints. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
workqueue: Fix unbound pool lifetime for pending pwqs
KASAN reports a use-after-free of an unbound worker_pool in

kthread_worker_fn+0x1ff/0x790
Canceling the last inactive work skips pwq_dec_nr_active(), so an empty
pwq can remain on pending_pwqs when its refcnt reaches zero.
pwq_release_workfn() currently puts the pool before removing that pwq.
If this drops the last pool reference, the pool can be RCU-freed while
the pwq remains reachable, and node_activate_pending_pwq() may trylock
the freed pool->lock.
Remove the pwq from pending_pwqs before putting the pool. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
drm/amdgpu: free the userptr ranges when a CS fails after parser_bos
amdgpu_cs_parser_bos() allocates an HMM range for every userptr entry of
the BO list and looks up the user pages. Those ranges are only freed when
amdgpu_cs_parser_bos() itself fails or when amdgpu_cs_submit() checks
them under the notifier lock. If amdgpu_cs_patch_jobs(),
amdgpu_cs_vm_handling(), amdgpu_cs_sync_rings() or the early part of
amdgpu_cs_submit() fails, nothing frees them: neither
amdgpu_cs_parser_fini() nor amdgpu_bo_list_free() touch e->range.
Each such CS then leaks the range, its hmm_pfns array (8 bytes per page
of the userptr BO) and the BO reference the range holds. An IB on a ring
that patches the CS in place (e.g. VCN) with an unmapped va_start fails
in amdgpu_cs_patch_ibs() and takes this path.
Free the ranges on those error paths. Ranges amdgpu_cs_submit() already
dropped are NULL, so freeing them again is a no-op.

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ntfs: fix incorrect MFT record pointer passed to ntfs_attr_record_resize
ntfs_new_attr_flags() passes the wrong MFT record to ntfs_attr_record_resize().
When the attribute is in an extent record, ctx->mrec points to the extent
but the function receives the base record pointer m, causing incorrect
size calculations in memmove.
Fix by passing ctx->mrec (the actual MFT record containing the attribute)
instead of m (the base MFT record) to ntfs_attr_record_resize(). |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ntfs: fix FITRIM range alignment
ntfs_trim_fs() aligns the start of a free extent up to the device discard
granularity, but derives the discard length by aligning the original extent
length down. When the free extent start is not discard-aligned, adding that
length to the aligned start can extend the discard past the free extent and
into allocated clusters.
For example, with 4 KiB clusters and 32 KiB discard granularity, the free
extent [4 KiB, 36 KiB) becomes the discard range [32 KiB, 64 KiB), so
28 KiB beyond the free extent may be discarded.
Align the absolute end of the free extent down and derive the length from
the two aligned endpoints. Skip extents that contain no full discard unit.
Reproduced with a 4 KiB-cluster NTFS filesystem on scsi_debug configured
for 32 KiB discard granularity and read-zero-after-trim. Before this
change, FITRIM zeroed seven allocated 4 KiB clusters following an unaligned
32 KiB hole. With this change, the same data remains intact across FITRIM
and remount. |
| OpenEMR before 8.5.0 contains an authenticated SQL injection vulnerability in the Syndromic Surveillance module that allows users with Clinician-level privileges to read and modify arbitrary database contents by submitting crafted values in the form_icd_codes[] POST parameter to the syndromicsurveillance/index endpoint. Attackers can inject an unquoted numeric IN() clause and UNION DISTINCT SELECT statement using hex-encoded literals to abuse MySQL extractvalue() for error-based exfiltration of bcrypt password hashes and execute stacked queries that reset passwords, resulting in full administrative account takeover. |
