CVSS v3.1 |
| The MCP Python SDK, called `mcp` on PyPI, is a Python implementation of the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Prior to version 1.9.4, a validation error in the MCP SDK can cause an unhandled exception when processing malformed requests, resulting in service unavailability (500 errors) until manually restarted. Impact may vary depending on the deployment conditions, and presence of infrastructure-level resilience measures. Version 1.9.4 contains a patch for the issue. |
| Uncaught exception issue exists in Multiple products in bizhub series. If a malformed file is imported as an S/MIME Email certificate, it may cause a denial-of-service issue that disable the Web Connection feature. |
| Mockoon provides way to design and run mock APIs. Prior to version 9.2.0, a mock API configuration for static file serving follows the same approach presented in the documentation page, where the server filename is generated via templating features from user input is vulnerable to Path Traversal and LFI, allowing an attacker to get any file in the mock server filesystem.
The issue may be particularly relevant in cloud hosted server instances. Version 9.2.0 fixes the issue. |
| A path traversal (directory traversal) vulnerability in D-Link DSR series routers allows unauthenticated remote attackers to manipulate input parameters used for file or directory path resolution (e.g., via sequences such as “../”). Successful exploitation may allow access to files outside of the intended directory, potentially exposing sensitive system or configuration files. The issue results from insufficient validation or sanitization of user-supplied input. Affected Products include: DSR-150, DSR-150N, and DSR-250N v1.09B32_WW. |
| on-headers is a node.js middleware for listening to when a response writes headers. A bug in on-headers versions `<1.1.0` may result in response headers being inadvertently modified when an array is passed to `response.writeHead()`. Users should upgrade to version 1.1.0 to receive a patch. Uses are strongly encouraged to upgrade to `1.1.0`, but this issue can be worked around by passing an object to `response.writeHead()` rather than an array. |
| A denial-of-service security issue in the affected product. The security issue stems from a fault occurring when a crafted CIP unconnected explicit message is sent. This can result in a major non-recoverable fault. |
| A vulnerability was found in Dahua IPC-HFW1200S, IPC-HFW2300R-Z, IPC-HFW5220E-Z and IPC-HDW1200S up to 20241222. It has been rated as problematic. Affected by this issue is some unknown functionality of the file ../mtd/Config/Sha1Account1 of the component Web Interface. The manipulation leads to path traversal: '../filedir'. The attack may be launched remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. |
| Improper input validation in Satellite Management Controller (SMC) may allow an attacker with privileges to use certain special characters in manipulated Redfish® API commands, causing service processes like OpenBMC to crash and reset, potentially resulting in denial of service. |
| Improper input validation in Satellite Management Controller (SMC) may allow an attacker with privileges to manipulate Redfish® API commands to remove files from the local root directory, potentially resulting in data corruption. |
| Multer is a node.js middleware for handling `multipart/form-data`. A vulnerability that is present starting in version 1.4.4-lts.1 and prior to version 2.0.2 allows an attacker to trigger a Denial of Service (DoS) by sending a malformed multi-part upload request. This request causes an unhandled exception, leading to a crash of the process. Users should upgrade to version 2.0.2 to receive a patch. No known workarounds are available. |
| Uncaught exception for some Intel(R) CST software before version 8.7.10803 may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable denial of service via local access. |
| dd-trace-cpp is the Datadog distributed tracing for C++. When the library fails to extract trace context due to malformed unicode, it logs the list of audited headers and their values using the `nlohmann` JSON library. However, due to the way the JSON library is invoked, it throws an uncaught exception, which results in a crash. This vulnerability has been patched in version 0.2.2. |
| In wlan driver, there is a possible client disconnection due to improper handling of exceptional conditions. This could lead to remote denial of service with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation. Patch ID: WCNCR00384543; Issue ID: MSV-1727. |
| Specifically crafted payloads sent to the RFID reader could cause DoS of RFID reader. After the device is restarted, it gets back to fully working state.
2N has released an updated version 2.46 of 2N OS, where this vulnerability is mitigated. It is recommended that all customers update their devices to the latest 2N OS. |
| Insufficient argument checking in Secure state Entry functions in software using Cortex-M Security Extensions (CMSE), that has been compiled using toolchains that implement 'Arm v8-M Security Extensions Requirements on Development Tools' prior to version 1.4, allows an attacker to pass values to Secure state that are out of range for types smaller than 32-bits. Out of range values might lead to incorrect operations in secure state. |
| A vulnerability was found in TOZED ZLT W51 up to 1.4.2 and classified as critical. Affected by this issue is some unknown functionality of the component Service Port 7777. The manipulation leads to improper clearing of heap memory before release. The attack may be launched remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
| The C++ method SignTraits::DeriveBits() may incorrectly call ThrowException() based on user-supplied inputs when executing in a background thread, crashing the Node.js process. Such cryptographic operations are commonly applied to untrusted inputs. Thus, this mechanism potentially allows an adversary to remotely crash a Node.js runtime. |
| The WP Compress – Image Optimizer [All-In-One] plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Directory Traversal in all versions up to, and including, 6.10.33 via the css parameter. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to read the contents of arbitrary files on the server, which can contain sensitive information. |
| Haraka is a Node.js mail server. Prior to version 3.1.4, sending an email with __proto__: as a header name crashes the Haraka worker process. This issue has been patched in version 3.1.4. |
| Handlebars provides the power necessary to let users build semantic templates. In versions 4.0.0 through 4.7.8, when a Handlebars template contains decorator syntax referencing an unregistered decorator (e.g. `{{*n}}`), the compiled template calls `lookupProperty(decorators, "n")`, which returns `undefined`. The runtime then immediately invokes the result as a function, causing an unhandled `TypeError: ... is not a function` that crashes the Node.js process. Any application that compiles user-supplied templates without wrapping the call in a `try/catch` is vulnerable to a single-request Denial of Service. Version 4.7.9 fixes the issue. Some workarounds are available. Wrap compilation and rendering in `try/catch`. Validate template input before passing it to `compile()`; reject templates containing decorator syntax (`{{*...}}`) if decorators are not used in your application. Use the pre-compilation workflow; compile templates at build time and serve only pre-compiled templates; do not call `compile()` at request time. |
