CVE-2026-58015 2 Gnome, Redhat 17 Glib, Ai Inference Server, Cert Manager and 14 more 2026-10-13 5.9 Medium
A flaw was found in GLib. The D-Bus client-side implementation of the DBUS_COOKIE_SHA1 SASL authentication mechanism does not validate the cookie_context parameter received from the server. A malicious D-Bus server can supply a cookie_context containing path traversal sequences, causing the client to read an arbitrary file and exfiltrate sensitive data by verifying guessed file contents against a generated hash.
CVE-2026-58014 2 Gnome, Redhat 17 Glib, Ai Inference Server, Cert Manager and 14 more 2026-10-13 7.3 High
A flaw was found in GLib. An off-by-one error can occur in the g_key_file_get_locale_string_list function in the gkeyfile.c file when loading a key file with an empty value. This flaw can cause an out-of-bounds access of 1 byte or a denial of service when the out-of-bounds access crosses a page boundary.
CVE-2026-58013 2 Gnome, Redhat 16 Glib, Ai Inference Server, Cert Manager and 13 more 2026-10-13 6.5 Medium
A flaw was found in GLib. A buffer over-read can occur in g_io_channel_read_line_backend() in the giochannel.c file when a custom line terminator with a length greater than one is set, causing memcmp to read past the GString buffer. This vulnerability can cause a minor information disclosure of 7 bytes or a denial of service when the buffer over-read crosses a page boundary.
CVE-2026-58012 2 Gnome, Redhat 16 Glib, Ai Inference Server, Cert Manager and 13 more 2026-10-13 6.5 Medium
A flaw was found in GLib. A buffer over-read can occur in the g_regex_replace function when used with the `G_REGEX_RAW` compile flag and case-change replacement escapes because the string_append function processes matched substrings using UTF-8 functions that assume valid UTF-8 input, even when the string is treated as raw bytes. This vulnerability can cause a minor information disclosure of 1-5 bytes and a denial of service when the buffer over-read crosses a page boundary.
CVE-2026-58011 2 Gnome, Redhat 16 Glib, Ai Inference Server, Cert Manager and 13 more 2026-10-13 6.5 Medium
A flaw was found in GLib. An out-of-bounds read of only 2 bytes can occur in the g_date_time_get_ymd function in the glib/gdatetime.c file when an invalid GDateTime object produced by the g_date_time_add_full function is processed. This flaw can corrupt the date output and potentially cause logic errors that may lead to a denial of service.
CVE-2026-58010 2 Gnome, Redhat 16 Glib, Ai Inference Server, Cert Manager and 13 more 2026-10-13 6.5 Medium
A flaw was found in GLib. An off-by-one error can occur in the gvs_tuple_is_normal function in the glib/gvariant-serialiser.c file when doing an alignment padding check because the bounds check uses > instead of >=, causing an out-of-bounds read of only 1 byte. This issue can cause a minor information disclosure of 1 byte and a denial of service when the out-of-bounds read crosses a page boundary.
CVE-2026-15588 1 Redhat 17 Ai Inference Server, Cert Manager, Discovery and 14 more 2026-10-13 5.3 Medium
A denial-of-service and resource exhaustion vulnerability exists within the `GDBus` component of GLib. The `gdbusauth` authentication mechanism fails to enforce proper length limitations on data lines read from a client. An unauthenticated local or remote attacker can exploit this lack of input validation by sending excessively long streams of data, causing the application to consume massive amounts of system memory and CPU, potentially leading to a crash or system hang.
CVE-2025-0624 1 Redhat 7 Enterprise Linux, Openshift, Rhel Aus and 4 more 2026-10-13 7.6 High
A flaw was found in grub2. During the network boot process, when trying to search for the configuration file, grub copies data from a user controlled environment variable into an internal buffer using the grub_strcpy() function. During this step, it fails to consider the environment variable length when allocating the internal buffer, resulting in an out-of-bounds write. If correctly exploited, this issue may result in remote code execution through the same network segment grub is searching for the boot information, which can be used to by-pass secure boot protections.
CVE-2024-12085 8 Almalinux, Archlinux, Gentoo and 5 more 29 Almalinux, Arch Linux, Linux and 26 more 2026-10-13 7.5 High
A flaw was found in rsync which could be triggered when rsync compares file checksums. This flaw allows an attacker to manipulate the checksum length (s2length) to cause a comparison between a checksum and uninitialized memory and leak one byte of uninitialized stack data at a time.
CVE-2025-6021 2 Redhat, Xmlsoft 30 Discovery, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus and 27 more 2026-10-12 7.5 High
A flaw was found in libxml2's xmlBuildQName function, where integer overflows in buffer size calculations can lead to a stack-based buffer overflow. This issue can result in memory corruption or a denial of service when processing crafted input.
CVE-2025-49794 1 Redhat 16 Cert Manager, Enterprise Linux, Hummingbird and 13 more 2026-10-12 9.1 Critical
A use-after-free vulnerability was found in libxml2. This issue occurs when parsing XPath elements under certain circumstances when the XML schematron has the <sch:name path="..."/> schema elements. This flaw allows a malicious actor to craft a malicious XML document used as input for libxml, resulting in the program's crash using libxml or other possible undefined behaviors.
CVE-2025-7425 1 Redhat 17 Cert Manager, Discovery, Enterprise Linux and 14 more 2026-10-12 7.8 High
A flaw was found in libxslt where the attribute type, atype, flags are modified in a way that corrupts internal memory management. When XSLT functions, such as the key() process, result in tree fragments, this corruption prevents the proper cleanup of ID attributes. As a result, the system may access freed memory, causing crashes or enabling attackers to trigger heap corruption.
CVE-2026-48864 2 Opensuse, Redhat 23 Libsolv, Cert Manager, Discovery and 20 more 2026-10-08 7.8 High
A flaw was found in libsolv. This heap buffer overflow occurs during the decompression of attacker-controlled compressed data within `.solv` files due to insufficient input validation. An attacker can provide a specially crafted `.solv` file, which, when processed by a vulnerable application, can lead to out-of-bounds memory access. This could result in information disclosure, alteration of program execution, or a denial of service.
CVE-2026-14476 2 Redhat, Sssd 11 Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus, Openshift and 8 more 2026-10-08 8 High
A path traversal flaw was found in SSSD's AD GPO provider. The ad_gpo_extract_smb_components() function does not sanitize .. sequences in the gPCFileSysPath LDAP attribute, allowing an attacker with AD GPO management access to write files outside the GPO cache directory as root. On default RHEL configurations with SELinux enforcing, this can be used to inject Kerberos configuration leading to authentication bypass.
CVE-2023-48161 2 Giflib Project, Redhat 8 Giflib, Enterprise Linux, Openjdk and 5 more 2026-10-08 7.1 High
Buffer Overflow vulnerability in GifLib Project GifLib v.5.2.1 allows a local attacker to obtain sensitive information via the DumpSCreen2RGB function in gif2rgb.c
CVE-2016-9840 9 Apple, Boost, Canonical and 6 more 27 Iphone Os, Mac Os X, Tvos and 24 more 2026-10-08 8.8 High

CVE-2020-24511 4 Debian, Intel, Netapp and 1 more 11 Debian Linux, Microcode, Fas\/aff Bios and 8 more 2026-10-08 6.5 Medium
Improper isolation of shared resources in some Intel(R) Processors may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable information disclosure via local access.
CVE-2026-4408 2 Redhat, Samba 11 Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus, Openshift and 8 more 2026-10-08 9 Critical
A flaw was found in Samba. A remote attacker can exploit a misconfiguration in Samba file servers and classic domain controllers that use the "check password script" feature. If this script is configured with the %u substitution character, the client-controlled username is passed without proper escaping of shell meta-characters. This vulnerability allows an attacker to achieve remote command execution on the affected system. This issue primarily affects non-standard configurations where the "check password script" is used with %u and the samba-dcerpcd service is started as a system service.
CVE-2025-49796 1 Redhat 16 Cert Manager, Discovery, Enterprise Linux and 13 more 2026-10-08 9.1 Critical
A vulnerability was found in libxml2. Processing certain sch:name elements from the input XML file can trigger a memory corruption issue. This flaw allows an attacker to craft a malicious XML input file that can lead libxml to crash, resulting in a denial of service or other possible undefined behavior due to sensitive data being corrupted in memory.
CVE-2026-16313 1 Redhat 10 Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus, Openshift and 7 more 2026-10-08 7.6 High
A flaw was found in sg3_utils. The sg_inq command, when invoked with the --export option, outputs device identification data without sanitizing control characters in SCSI name string fields. A newline character embedded in a device-supplied name string can inject arbitrary properties into the udev device database. This could allow an attacker who can present a crafted SCSI device to execute arbitrary commands as root when the device is disconnected.
